Ruffle Sleeve Top

February 1, 2017

Can you believe it’s February 1st already?! I mean…did January even happen? 2017 is already flying by. If you can believe it, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I’m already starting to incorporate some pink and red into my outfits. Okay, okay, mostly pink. But a little bit of red. 😉

I’m always slightly hesitant to invest in new trends that are only going to be around for a season or two, but the ruffle sleeve trend caught my eye and I’m in love. I’d been debating over a few different ruffle sleeve tops for a while now, and finally decided on this one to try out. I have to say, I love this top! It’s perfect for going out on cool nights when you still want to be semi-warm but also look cute and festive. It’s simple, but definitely packs a punch, and I love how easily it spices up a pair of jeans. Paired with fun red heels and a pink clutch, it’s the perfect understated Valentine’s look for anyone who wants to dress up but not be covered in pink and red. And guys…this top is only $15. I mean…how could I resist?!

Also, I’ve had these heels for a while now and I seriously can’t say enough good things about them. I’m on the taller side, so I try to find shorter heels if I can. The height is perfect, but they are still so fun! The best part is that they are SO comfortable– I’ve worn them all night long with no blisters or any pain whatsoever. For under $60, you really can’t go wrong!

Ruffle Top: Shein (only $15!!) // Jeans: Old Navy // Sunnies: Ray-Ban

Heels: Nordstrom (seriously SO comfy and come in a ton of colors!)

Clutch: Forever 21, old (similar here and here for under $25)
