I have so many photos from Paris that didn’t necessarily fit into a “traditional” blog post, so I thought I’d do a little round up of some of my favorites. Because I mean, who doesn’t need a little more Paris in their lives?! I know I do! I’m not going to lie, I’m seriously missing this city. I’m already aching to be back, eating croissants, drinking wine, and getting lost in Parisian gardens.
There’s a magical feeling in Paris that you just can’t get anywhere else. It sounds cheesy, but I’m serious! Seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night on our trip just confirmed that Paris truly is the most magical city ever. I had always wanted to see it in full sparkle mode (which it does for 5 minutes on the hour until 1am), and it was even more incredible than I could have imagined.
When in Paris, be sure not to miss the Eiffel Tower at night! Also, I highly reccomend renting bikes. This was Dave’s idea and boy was it a good one. Walking is great, but biking is honestly the best way to see the city (plus it saves your feet!). Biking around the Eiffel Tower was definitely one of the highlights of our entire trip. Another one of my favorite things was seeing Monet’s water lillies at the Musee de l’Orangerie. It was a bucket list item that I finally got to check off, and it did not disappoint! It was amazing.
If you have any questions on anything else we did in Paris, let me know! 🙂
