Navy Scalloped Dress

February 7, 2017

I’ve had this little scalloped dress in my closet for years now, and it’s a staple that I constantly reach for (I have no idea why I haven’t worn it on the blog!). It’s just one of those pieces that you can wear for literally any occasion. For example, I’ve worn it on job interviews with a blazer and pumps, with a fun clutch and statement necklace for a casual date night out, or casually with flats and a jean jacket like I did here. Most often it’s the jean jacket and flats version, but I love the versatility of it! I love wearing navy because it’s slightly less harsh than black and is still timeless and classic. It’s SO nice having pieces in your wardrobe that are total lifesavers like this one!

Since you know how much I’ve been loving pink these days, it’s no surprise that I’ve been wearing these shoes all. the. time. Not only are the incredibly comfortable (I haven’t had to break them in at all), but the color is just so darn fun and makes me happy every time I wear them. I love pink and navy together, so I had to throw them on with this outfit!

I rounded up a bunch of super cute scalloped dress options below in case you were on the hunt for your new go-to dress. I found one (for under $15, I might add) that’s almost exactly identical to this one, so you should probably go scoop it up. Just saying. 😉

Dress: Marshalls, old (identical $15 here) // Flats: Talbots (under $30!)

Jean Jacket: Old Navy // Bag: Vintage (super similar here)
