Navy Layers

Happy Hump Day! Guys, guess what?! Today marks the start of a new adventure for me…I got a new job!

I seriously could not be more excited!! I’ll share a few more details in the future, but for now I hope you’re just happy that I can finally stop complaining about job searching. 😉 I am just SO excited to finally get out of the job hunt madness and get settled into a new routine. It feels like a gigantic weight is now off of my shoulders, which is so nice. Wish me luck!!

Navy has always been one of my favorite colors to wear. It always looks classic, polished, and effortlessly chic. I feel like anything navy will last in your closet forever! Plus, the color is pretty much perfect to wear all year round. I’ve had this sweater in my closet for a couple of years now, and I love it SO much! To keep it feeling fresh, I paired it with my favorite gingham button down. I love the slightly preppy feel, and the extra layer was much needed for the cold front we just had. I paired the look with my favorite red flats to keep things classic. I love red, white, and blue together! Although it does look a little patriotic, the colors just always look so amazing together. When they’re all together in a subtle way like this, I think red, white, and blue is totally doable!
