I don’t know if you know this about me, but I’m a huge thrift store shopping lover (I even wrote a post on thrifting tips). Scoring a great find at a thrift store is pretty much the best feeling ever! I’ve scored some of my favorite pieces from thrift stores. I don’t know what it is– I think I just love the thrill of the find. 😉 Plus, thrifting is perfect if you’re on a budget– I mean, take a 20 dollar bill into a thrift store and the possibilities are endless!!
On one of my last thrifting trips I snagged this amazing blazer. For $6. Can you believe it?! It was such an amazing find. It’s a vintage Talbots blazer that’s in pretty much perfect condition! I love the nautical, classic feel of it, and the gold buttons add the perfect touch! One of my go-to combos for work (or just in general when I want to feel put together) is a blazer and jeans. It’s simple and never fails to look chic! In this instance, I made the look a little more relaxed here with a flowy tee and ripped jeans, but you could make it more polished by adding a classic silk shell or white button down and non-distressed denim. Blazers are also a great way to transition your wardrobe from winter to spring! They are a great light layer that adds a bit of extra warmth that’s perfect for those in-between winter/spring days. Since this one is an old find, I linked a few super similar blazer options below!
