Hi guys! We’re halfway through the week and it’s been a busy one, that’s for sure. I have a lot going on at work, I finally caught up on the Bachelorette (ugh, #teampeter), and I’ve been super productive all around. I even got my car washed finally! It’s the little things, you know?!
If you know me, two things I can never resist are gingham and bows. So basically, this dress was pretty much made for me! I love wrap dresses, and this one is a faux wrap so it’s super easy to wear. Plus, it actually has really great coverage for a wrap dress. Sometimes wrap dresses can be a little tricky since I have a bigger bust!
I love how this dress can be worn in different ways. I wore it here with simple sandals and a straw tote for a daytime look, but it would be super cute and flirty paired with chunky nude heels and clutch or fun crossbody. Another thing I love about this dress is that even though it’s flirty and fun, it’s super comfortable (and I don’t have to wear a strapless bra, which is always a plus in my book). I’ve basically been living in it ever since I got it! Funny story about this dress: I was shopping at Marshalls (as usual) and of course the gingham print caught my eye. This dress was in the XL section but I looked at it anyway and it was a medium put in the wrong place! In other words, it was meant to be. 😉
