Current Favorite Pieces

July 20, 2017

Happy Friday-eve, guys! We’re almost done with the week, YAY. I’m working from home tomorrow (also yay) and then the weekend is here. It’s so close I can almost taste it!!

When I find pieces that I love, I pretty much wear them to death. I’ve been wearing this gingham button down, eyelet skirt, and slide sandals ALL THE TIME this summer. They are my absolute favorites at the moment! I know I’ve mentioned it before, but I honestly don’t know what shoes I even wore before I bought these slides. Exaggerating just a bit here, but for real. I wear them constantly. To work, to the beach, you name it! Like I said in yesterday’s blog post, they just work.

My gingham top is Gap from about 3 years ago when I worked there in college (one of the few pieces from college that remains in my wardrobe other than Cal Poly sweatshirts), and I love it so much. I’m not going to lie, I’m going to need an upgrade soon, but this shirt has served me oh so well. Talk about cost per wear, haha! My eyelet skirt is a recent addition from a couple months ago (I wore it in this blog post) but I’ve also been wearing it constantly. It’s perfect to throw on for work or the weekend!

My newest favorite is this round woven bag that I snagged off of Etsy. I had been looking for a round bag for a while that wasn’t crazy expensive, and this one checked all the boxes! It’s the perfect summery, beachy bag that goes with pretty much anything. Plus, it’s only $38 and handmade! Gotta love Etsy. 🙂
